To ensure hygiene and quality standards, hair must be unworn, uncut, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the hair to verify its original condition.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original bundle ties and lace protection, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
